A. Study this example situation: انتبهى لهذا المثال


Alex is a bus driver, but now he is in bed asleep. So: He is not driving a bus. (He is asleep.) but He drives a bus. (He is a bus driver.)
أليكس سائق أتوبيس ، و لكنه الآن نائم على السرير . لذلك : هو لا يسوق الأتوبيس الآن ( هو نائم ) .

Drive(s) / work(s) /do(es) etc. is the present simple:
هذه الأفعال فى زمن المضارع البسيط


I/we/you/they drive/work/do etc.

أى أن مع ضمائر الفاعل ( I / you / we )
نضع الفعل فى المصدر (infinitive ) أى أننا لا نضيف للفعل أى اضافات أى اننا نتركه على حاله

مثال :
I do
You catch
We wish
They go

he/she/it drives/works/does etc.
أما مع ضمائر الفاعل (he / she / it ) نضيف للفعل s أو es .
نضيف للفعل es عندما يكون آخر حرف فى الفعل من الحروف الآتية
z , ch , sh , ss , o , x )


مثال :
Do ------ he does
Catch ------- she catches
Wish -------- it wishes



B. We use the present simple to talk about things in general. We are not thinking only about now. We use it to say that something happens all the time or repeatedly, or that something is true in general. It is not important whether the action is happening at the time of speaking:
نستخدم المضارع البسيط للتعبير عن الأشياء بصفة عامة . بغض النظر عن التفكير بأن الحدث يحدث الآن . نستخدم المضارع البسيط للتعبير عن أشياء تحدث باستمرار أو بصفة متكررة ، أو للتعبير عن أشياء حقيقية بصفة عامة ( مثل الشمس تشرق من الشرق ، أو أن السماء لونها أزرق ، أو أن الأرض تدور حول الشمس و هكذا .. ) . و ليس من المهم أن الحدث يحدث فى نفس وقت التعبير عنه .


* Nurses look after patients in hospitals. الفاعل ( nurses ) هنا نجد
they أى أننا يمكن أن نعوض عنه بضمير
و هكذا فإننا نضع الفعل فى المصدر أى بدون أى اضافات أى نتركه على حاله


* I usually go away at weekends. هنا كما فى المثال السابق

· The earth goes round the sun.
( earth ) أما هنا فالفاعل هو
. s أو es و لذلك نضيف للفعل it أى أننا يمكن أن نعوض عنه بضمير الفاعل
و هنا ننظر لآخر حرف فى الفعل و نجد أنه ( o ) . و لذلك نضيف للفعل es


C. We use do/does to make questions and negative sentences:
نستخدم do , does لعمل أسئلة و جمل نفى

Do I work?
Do we come ?
Do you do ?
Do they learn ?


does he/she/it work?/come?/do?
Does she come ?
Does it do ?

نلاحظ هنا أننا استخدمنا do , does كأفعال مساعدة و كما تم الشرح فى السابق أننا عند تكوين سؤال اجابته نعم yes او لا no فان التكوين يكون كالتالى :
؟ الفعل الأساسى + الفاعل أو ضمير فاعل + الفعل المساعد

فى زمن المضارع البسيط يكون تكوين السؤال :
? الفعل الأساسى + الفاعل أو ضمائر الفاعل + Do / Does


ملاحظة أخرى هامة : فى حالة تكوين السؤال يكون الفعل الأساسى فى المصدر مع جميع ضمائر الفاعل
does she come ?
لاحظى أن الفعل الأساسى come فى المصدر أى بلا أى اضافات
و لا تنسى ذلك فى حالة
السؤال و لا حقا فى حالة الجمل المنفية فقط



فى حالة جمل النفى :

I don't work
We don`t come
You don`t do
They don`t go


He doesn't work
she doesn`t come
it doesn`t do

كفعل أساسى أيضا بمعنى يعمل شيئا do .يمكن أن يأتى


هنا بعض الأمثلة عن تكوين السؤال فى المضارع البسيط
* I come from Canada. Where do you come from?

الفعل

* 'Would you like a cigarette?' 'No, thanks. I don't smoke.'

D. We use the present simple when we say how often we do things:
نستخدم المضارع البسيط عندما نعبر عن كيف نفعل بعض الأشياء عادة :

* I get up at 8 o'clock every morning. (not 'I'm getting')
أنا استيقظ الساعة الثامنة كل صباح . و لذلك استخدمت الفعل فى المضارع البسيط
و لا أقول ( iam getting )


* How often do you go to the dentist? (not 'How often are you going?')
* Ann doesn't drink tea very often.
* In summer John usually plays tennis once or twice a week.





E. I promise/I apologise etc. أنا أوعد / أنا أعتذر . الخ

Sometimes we do things by saying something. For example, when you promise to do something, you can say 'I promise ...'; when you suggest something, you can say J suggest ...'. We use the present simple (promise/suggest etc.) in sentences like this:
أحيانا نفعل أشياء عن طريق قول أشياء . مثال : عندما توعد شخص ما بعمل شئ تقول أنا أوعدك ب ( I promise) و عندما تقترح شئ على شخص ما تقول أنا أقترح عليك ( I suggest) ، يمكننا استخدام المضارع البسيط للتعبيرعن مثل تلك الأشياء


* I promise I won't be late. (not 'I'm promising')

* 'What do you suggest I do?' 'I suggest that you ...'

In the same way we say: I apologise .../I advise .../I insist .../I agree ... /I refuse ... etc.
بنفس الطريقة نقول أنا أعتذر ../ أنا أنصح ب .. / أنا أصر على ../ أنا أوافق على ../ أنا أرفض ../ و هكذا
